Yes. To ensure the safety, well-being, and spiritual growth of each child, we ask sponsors to follow a few simple guidelines when sending messages or materials. Please avoid sending:

• Culturally inappropriate content

• Messages promoting unhealthy lifestyles or beliefs contrary to Christian values

• Materials that could compromise a child’s safety

• Immodest attire

• Content related to alcohol, tobacco, drugs, sexual content, or unsafe activities

All messages and materials are reviewed by our staff before reaching the child to ensure they are safe, appropriate, and supportive. Following these guidelines helps create a positive, nurturing, and faith-filled connection, allowing your encouragement and prayers to have the greatest impact.

• Click the Profile icon (circle) at the top of the page and select My Profile.

• Select Messaging.

• Click New Message.

• Choose Written Message or Video Message.

• Write or record an encouraging, age-appropriate message, then click Save as Draft (to send later) or Submit for Review (to send the message).

All emails and videos are reviewed by Light & Hope for the Philippines to ensure appropriate content before delivery.
